FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the area of machine engineering, particularly, to the rotary vane vacuum devices designed for application during assembly of vacuum units used at low vacuum pressure. The rotary vane vacuum pump has the rotor 6 performed in the form of a cylinder, located in the hollow 2 of the casing 1 with eccentricity, and equipped with trunnions with installed blades 9 from its side ends. The trunnions are located in bearings, which are secured in lids and insulated by seals and plug-lids. The pump is equipped with the oil circulation system containing the reservoir 14, at least two control valves 15, the swirl eliminator 15 of oil, and pipelines 17-20. Each control valve 15 is equipped with a casing with hollows, has a seating, a diaphragm, a needle installed coaxially to the seating, and an adjusting screw secured by a conical cap (contaning a pipe socket) with a help of a cap nut. The eliminator 16 is performed in the form of a cylinder tank containing a bottom and the pipe sockets 43 and 41 for connection to the reservoir 14 and the pipeline 20 of the discharge pipe socket 5 of the casing 1, respectively.
EFFECT: design of an energy-saving and energy-efficient pump for application in the systems of low vacuum.
