FIELD: pisciculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a net applicable in aquaculture, with a half-cell size of 5 to 100 mm measured in accordance with ISO 1107:2017, containing a cord with a diameter of 0.5 to 8 mm containing ultra high molecular weight polyethylene films with a width of 0.5 to 10 mm. Provided are an application of the net and a method for breeding fish in a cage containing the net.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides better protection of the net from damage and reduces water consumption when cleaning the net.
