FIELD: ore processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modular concentration bowl of a centrifugal concentrator used for processing gold-containing ores and fine sands, as well as copper-nickel ores that are not amenable to magnetic separation. The modular concentration bowl consists of interconnected upper and lower parts, as well as a work surface attached to them. In this case, the upper part of the bowl includes at least two vertical segments attached to the island of the upper part of the bowl, having an internal frame covered with the material of the working surface with the formation of protrusions and cavities between the protrusions. The variants of the method for manufacturing a modular concentration bowl are disclosed.
EFFECT: increase in the service life of the concentration bowl, its maintainability, reliability of the device and simplicity of its manufacture is ensured.
