FIELD: enrichment of minerals.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions is related to devices intended for enrichment of minerals and can be used to separate solid particles by density. It can be used for processing gold ores and fine sands, as well as copper-nickel ores that are not amenable to magnetic separation. The modular concentration bowl of a centrifugal concentrator consists of interconnected upper and lower parts, as well as a working surface attached to them, while the upper part of the bowl has an internal frame, the working surface covers the inner surface of the upper part of the concentration bowl with the formation of protrusions and cavities between the protrusions. The flange of at least one protrusion has a configuration in which the thickness of the protrusion in cross section changes, and the inclination angle of the flange portion of at least one protrusion differs from the inclination angle of the flange portion of at least one other protrusion. According to the second embodiment of the modular concentration bowl of the centrifugal concentrator, the cross-sectional area of at least one protrusion differs from the cross-sectional area of at least one other protrusion, and the inclination angle of the shelf part of at least one protrusion differs from the inclination angle of the shelf part of at least one other protrusion.
EFFECT: increase of service life of the concentration bowl.
