Upper case part 11 of the container has hole 112 for the extraction of household sanitary and hygienic paper, and lid 2 for opening/closing, which closes hole 112 for the extraction of household sanitary and hygienic paper. The lower end of upper case part 11 of the container and the upper end of lower case part 12 of the container are connected to each other with the possibility of rotation relatively to each other. The upper case part of the container has an upper part of tight fit, made of elastic material at the lower end of the upper case part of the container around its upper case part, except for a part connected to the lower case part. The lower case part of the container has a lower part of tight fit, made of elastic material at the upper end of the lower case part of the container around the lower case part, except for a part connected to the upper case part of the container. At the same time, the upper part of tight fit and the lower part of tight fit have protrusions and deepened parts located alternatively in a peripheral direction of each part of tight fit. As a result, in the closed container, protrusions of the upper container part enter deepened parts of the lower container part, and protrusions of the lower container part enter deepened parts of the upper container part, providing its tight closing.
