SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a container for storage of household sanitary and hygienic paper, which includes case 1 accommodating household sanitary and hygienic paper P and having hole 112 for its extraction, and lid 2 for opening/closing, which is attached with the possibility of rotation to case 1 of the container, and which closes hole 112 for the extraction of household sanitary and hygienic paper. Case 1 of the container has at least a part formed using elastic material, contains stopper means 114, which fixes lid 2 in a closed position and can open lid 2 by means of release of the stopper, and contains displacing element 3, which is made of elastic material as a single whole with the part of the container case, made of elastic material, and with a part of the lid, which is also made of elastic material, and which actuates lid 2 for opening/closing in the direction of opening.

EFFECT: such implementation of a container provides a possibility of easy opening of a lid for opening/closing and does not impact on reduction in performance during its manufacture.
