SUBSTANCE: powder-like biologically active product is described obtained by a method that includes washing of pre-cooled reindeer antlers with subsequent drying of the skin integument with compressed air, their freezing at a temperature of -40°C, sawing into plates with a thickness of 0.3-0.5 cm, lyophile drying to a moisture content of 12-13%, followed by two-time grinding, first on a ball mill to a powder state with a particle size of 0.02-0.04 mm, then additional grinding to a particle size of 0.2-0.3 mcm, and addition of ascorbic acid in a ratio of 1:100. In this case, the product characterized by a certain content of amino acids is obtained.
EFFECT: invention allows for obtaining a product with maximal content of initial biologically active substances for long-lasting storage and further use in the pharmaceutical and food industry, as well as for reducing the labor intensity of the production process and its time.
