FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used to produce granular fertilizers with a delayed and controlled release of nutrients. The method involves applying coatings consisting of mixtures of mono- and dicalcium phosphate to the surface of mineral fertilizer granules. The rate of nutrient release is regulated both by changing the thickness of the coating and by changing its composition by selecting the required ratio of the digestible components of mono- and dicalcium phosphate with different solubility.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the use of nutrients from fertilizers, a reduction in their loss, as well as a reduction in the negative impact on the environment.
