SUBSTANCE: Usage: for express analysis of inhibition of living protein molecules. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that NMR spectroscopy of living molecules is performed, while simultaneously with NMR spectroscopy of living protein molecules, their radiation exposure is carried out, the rate of chemical reaction output is compared with a control sample and, based on the measurement results, information is obtained about the effect of the absorbed dose of radiation on the rate of the biochemical reaction.
EFFECT: providing the ability to quickly, directly in the course of a chemical reaction, under the influence of radiation exposition of protein molecules, to carry out and determine chemical shifts in living protein molecules using NMR spectroscopy.
