FIELD: medicine; medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and medical equipment, namely, to a method and device for isothermal calorimetric spectroscopy of the biochemical components of a patient’s living tissue. The method for isothermal calorimetric spectroscopy of the biochemical components of the intercellular and/or intracellular substance of the patient’s living tissue, selected from water, hyaluronic acid, glucose, triglycerides of fatty acids, consists in applying at least one heat- and waterproof applicator to the surface of the patient’s skin with a dosed pressure, forming a closed system in the local area of the tissue under the applicator. A local effect is exerted on the tissue area under the applicator by electromagnetic radiation at one or more wavelengths corresponding to the characteristic absorption frequencies of the biochemical components of the intercellular and/or intracellular substance. The value of the physiological parameter is measured that characterizes the thermodynamic phase state of the intercellular substance under the applicator and its temporal dynamics, depending on the power of the incident electromagnetic radiation. The concentration of the biochemical component of the intercellular and/or intracellular substance and its temporal dynamics are determined based on the temporal dynamics of the measured physiological parameter.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a fundamentally new method for spectroscopy of living tissue under in vivo conditions.
