SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for the production of microparticles for incapsulating active substance, including (a) obtaining the first phase containing active substance; (b) obtaining the second phase containing a carrier and a solvent; (c) passing the first phase and the second phase through membrane to form a primary emulsion; (d) passing the primary emulsion through a micro-sieve to a dispersion phase to form a secondary emulsion, and (e) removing the solvent to form microparticles, as well as to microparticles for incapsulating active substance, obtained using the method.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides the development of a method for the production of microparticles with the same size and narrow particle distribution by size.
