When considering a cross section perpendicular to the direction of rolling of the main steel sheet, when the observation area is an area with a length of 10 mcm from the surface of the main steel sheet into the main steel sheet in the direction of the thickness of the main steel sheet and a length of 20 mm in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the thickness of the sheet, there are no needle inclusions in this observation area having a length of 1 mcm or more.
