FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to sheet of anisotropic electrical steel used as material for iron core of transformers. Anisotropic electrical steel sheet comprises a main steel sheet, which is a silicon steel sheet, intermediate layer in contact with silicon steel sheet, and an insulating coating in contact with the intermediate layer. Intermediate layer is an oxide film with an average thickness of 2–500 nm, containing, at.%: 20–70 Si, 30–80 O, less than 20 Mg, less than 5 P and less than 20 Fe. Insulation coating is a phosphate-based coating with an average thickness of 0.1–10 mcm, containing, at.%: 5–30 P, 5–30 Si, 30–80 O, 1 or more and less than 25 Fe, less than 1.0 Cr, 0–10 Al, 0–10 Mg, 0–10 Mn, 0–10 Ni, 0–10 Zn, 0–10 V, 0–10 W, 0–10 Zr, 0–10 Co, 0–10 Mo, wherein total content of Al, Mg, Mn, Ni and Zn is 0.1–10, and the total content of V, W, Zr, Co and Mo is 0.1–10. Phosphate-based coating includes a first crystalline phosphorus oxide, the crystalline structure of which corresponds to the formula Fe2P2O7, and a second crystalline phosphorus oxide, the crystalline structure of which corresponds to the formula Fe7(P2O7)4. Second crystalline phosphorus oxide includes at least one element selected from the group consisting of V, W, Zr, Co and Mo.

EFFECT: sheet has low magnetic losses and high adhesion of the insulating coating.
