FIELD: bridges.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bridges; it can be used as a pedestrian bridge and a bridge for cargo movement. A spiral rotating bridge contains the first and the second base modules, connecting module 5 including the first spiral, the first end of which is fixed on the first wheel mated with the first base module, the second end is fixed on the second wheel mated with the second base module. The connecting module includes second spiral 11 with first end 12 of the second spiral and second end 13 of the second spiral. First end 12 of the second spiral is fixed on first wheel 2, and second end 13 of the second spiral is fixed on second wheel 4. First spiral 6 and second spiral 11 are twisted in different directions, one – clockwise, the other one – counterclockwise. Options of the implementation of bridge elements are presented.
EFFECT: increase in throughput capacity of a bridge for pedestrians and cargo in both directions.
