FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials and can be applied in manufacturing floors, trays, road guard railing, curb stones, and other building products. In particular, the invention relates to a filler constituting a modified salt-containing sludge of industrial waste. Filler for a composite material constitutes a salt-containing fine sludge produced by barium chloride treatment of the sludge of the following composition, % wt.: inorganic components (cations): sodium 0.5 to 8.0, calcium 2.0 to 15.0, magnesium 0.1 to 0.5; inorganic components (anions): chlorides 0.1 to 5.0, sulphates 30.0 to 55.0, carbonates 0.6 to 0.7, hydrocarbonates 8.7 to 9.3, silicon dioxide 0.1 up to 10, moisture the rest. Binding composition for a composite material comprises, % wt.: binding component 44 to 70; filler 27 to 55; plasticiser 1 to 3. Method for producing a binding composition for a composite material includes the following stages: a) melting the binding component at 140 to 220°C; b) mixing the melt produced at stage a) with the filler and the plasticiser, resulting in a binding composition.
EFFECT: increase in the compressive strength of the composition.
