FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural materials made by extrusion of wood-polymer composites using wastes from timber sawing, furniture production and wood processing, and can be used for decoration in building construction. The composition for wood-polymer composite material includes binder - polypropylene, complex filler in the form of mineral sludge powder from the water treatment system of boiler plants with specific surface area of 20000 cm2/g and wood flour. The composition further includes as an additive a mixture of polyethylene wax PV 200, paraffin and kerosene in ratio of 1:1:1 by weight, with the following content of components, wt %: polypropylene - 20-30, mineral powder - 16-20, wood flour - 49-55, additive - the balance.
EFFECT: improved operational properties and high strength and water resistance.
