SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, and in particular to systems for reverse-steering control of a water jet. The jet propulsion steering system is a hydraulic circuit, which consists of a hydraulic fluid reservoir, an oil-water heat exchanger, an oil filter, a hydraulic pump and a safety valve. The hydraulic circuit includes a hydrostatic steering nozzle control system, which consists of a metering pump having a direct connection to the steering wheel shaft and a steering hydraulic cylinder connected to the metering pump, and also includes a hydraulic control system for the reverse stroke bucket. The hydraulic system consists of an electric hydraulic distributor connected to the hydraulic cylinder of the reverse bucket, equipped with a double-acting hydraulic lock and a position sensor of the reverse bucket.

EFFECT: reduced effort on the steering system controls and the jet reversing system, as well as the smoothness and accuracy of the stroke of the working bodies.
