SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of field cultivation, primarily, to methods for restoring and reproducing the fertility of black earth soils in conditions of dry-land and irrigation agriculture. The method includes using an organic fertiliser, wherein an organic soil conditioner is used as said fertiliser at a dose of 500 to 1000 l/ha, with an organic content of at least 15%, based on vermicompost in the form of a mixture of bovine cattle manure and spent blocks from growing Pleurotus ostreatus of straw, wood chips, and Pleurotus ostreatus mycelium. The vermicompost is subjected to cavitation processing, followed by extracting organic substances and producing a gel-like solution with a content of organic substances of at least 15%. Plough land is introduced to the soil to the depth of the ploughed layer for two years as follows: (a) in conditions of irrigation agriculture, the organic soil conditioner is introduced during the vegetation period multiple times with irrigation water; (b) in conditions of dry-land agriculture, the organic soil conditioner is introduces once in spring before ploughing using sprinklers.

EFFECT: method improves the structural condition, raises the water stability of the aggregates, the content of the base nutrition elements of the plants, the enzymatic activity of the soils, and crop yields.
