SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to implement the majority function of seven arguments being input binary signals and can be used in digital computer systems as an information preprocessing tool. Apparatus comprises seven majority elements (11, …, 17).
EFFECT: simplified scheme of the majority module due to the reduction of the Quine price thereof and ensured uniformity of the hardware composition with the operating capabilities of the prototype maintained.
