FIELD: catalytic systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalytic system for low-temperature reforming of gasoline fractions that have not undergone desulphurization, and can be used at enterprises of the chemical, petrochemical and oil refining industries. The catalytic system contains active components of nickel and cobalt on an oxide carrier in the amount, wt.: nickel oxide 3.0-4.5 and cobalt oxide 3.0-3.5. The composition of aluminum oxide γAl2O3 and high-silica zeolite ZSM-5 is used as a carrier in a mass ratio of 2.3:1-2.5:1. The carrier is promoted with molybdenum oxide 1.7 wt.%, copper oxide 2.0 wt.% and phosphoric acid 2.5% of the mass.
EFFECT: invention consists in the development of a catalytic system for low-temperature reforming of the gasoline fraction, which ensures high stability in the production of reforming gasolines with a reduced content of aromatic hydrocarbons of 34-35 wt.%, including benzene up to 0.83 wt.%, while maintaining an octane number of at least 94 units and a stable reformate yield of at least 90%.
