SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information security and can, in particular, be used to prevent unauthorised access to information of subscribers of cell phones supporting GSM, DCS, UMTS, LTE standards. The substance of the invention consists in additionally introducing a key circuit and a block for forming a base station change command into the subscriber part, wherein the output of the unauthorised access determining block is connected with the first input of the key circuit, the second input whereof is the control input, the first output is connected with the second input of the unauthorised access notification forming block, the second output is connected with the second input of the block for forming a base station change command, the second output of the input data separation unit is connected with the input of the block for forming a base station change command, the output whereof is combined with the output of the unauthorised access notification forming block, a base station database and an unauthorised access database are introduced on the server, wherein the output of the base station database and the output of the unauthorised access database is connected via two-way communication with the second and third inputs of the unauthorised access verification block, respectively.

EFFECT: restored confidentiality of information of a cell phone subscriber due to the change in the servicing base station.
