FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. The method for production of guar gum from guar seeds provides for filling into the receiving hopper using a bucket elevator of guar seeds, lifting seeds through a pipeline and cyclones to the cleaning system, transportation through the pipeline system for cleaning on a vibrating air separator. Further, the guar seeds through the pipeline system enter the guar storage tank, from which the purified seeds are fed through a pipeline and cyclones to the crusher, where the destruction of the solid upper layer of the seed occurs. After crushing, the seeds are piped to a pin mill, where the remains of the upper layer of the husk and the unpeeled product are separated, the husk is separated. The product is fed further through the pipeline system to a dust-proof rotary sieve, in which the screening, removal and separation of the upper layer of peel, dust and product is carried out. The product enters the storage tank, the remaining dust and fine particles are removed. From the storage tank, the unprocessed product is fed further through the system using a screw conveyor to a single-drum frying unit and heat treatment is performed. Next, the product is piped to the peeling machine, where an operation is performed to remove the remaining film from the top layer of the product and dust residues are removed. After that, the purified product is fed to a vibrating air separator, where it is cleaned with air from dust residues, film and small particles. Next, the product is piped to a rotary sieve, after which the product enters the cleaning site, where it is cleaned under the influence of air pumped by a fan through pneumatic separation channels, and with the help of elevators with a gear motor it is sent to the product storage tanks. Further, the purified product from the storage tanks of the product enters the calibration tanks through the pipeline system, where it is washed and enters the two-cone type drum mixers through washing conveyors, where the product is mixed with water. After that, the resulting mixture is piped into a tank for mixing with hot water. Next, the product is piped into flaker machines, in which flakes are formed using rollers, which are fed into dryers by means of pipelines and cyclones. Then the flakes are calibrated and sent through pipelines and cyclones to ultra-fine grinding mills, where the grinding process takes place.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the productive capacity of processing guar seeds into guar gum powder.
