METHOD FOR OBTAINING ANODE SUBSTRATES WITH A DEVELOPED MICROSTRUCTURE USED IN MULTICHANNEL SOFCS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC H01M8/1246 C04B35/48 C04B35/505

Abstract RU 2777101 C1

FIELD: anode substrates manufacture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of anode substrates used in multichannel SOFCs. The method for producing anode substrates with a developed microstructure used in multichannel SOFCs includes FDM 3D printing of a polymer preform of a given shape, preparation of a paste based on an oxide powder, an organic solvent and a polymer binder, while a homogenized powder of a regulated composition NiO/10YSZ is used as an oxide powder = 60/40 wt. %, the powder is dispersed together with a solvent and a polymeric binder at a ratio of components, wt. etc.: 7 / 7 / 1, respectively, is poured into molding cells with a polymer blank, frozen at -28°C for 2 hours, and then subjected to phase inversion.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a method that makes it possible to vary the shape of a polymer blank depending on the required microstructure of the pores of the anode substrate, by 3D modeling and further FDM 3D printing.
