FIELD: medicine; neurosurgery; traumatology; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery, traumatology, and orthopedics; it can be used for the surgical reduction of a displaced vertebra in patients with ante-spondylolisthesis in the lumbar spine. Rear operational access is performed, the vertebra is mobilized, transpedicular screws 45-55 mm long are introduced into vertebra bodies, nervous structures are decompressed with the following displacement reduction and return of the vertebra to an anatomically correct position. After the access to the affected segment, an interbody gap is increased, and a vertebra displacement angle is changed, using an interbody distractor 8-13 mm high, and transpedicular screws are introduced on the side opposite to transforaminal interbody spondylosis, an underlying vertebra is fixed, and the displaced vertebra is pulled up to a placed pre-curved rod. Transforaminal interbody spondylosis is performed. The procedure is repeated on the ipsilateral side.
EFFECT: method provides for the reduction in traumatization, achievement of the vertebra reduction from both open and mini-invasive surgical approach, reduction in the required decompression volume of posterior vertebra structures, improvement of functional treatment results, as well as reduction in operational and postoperative complications related to an operative trauma, due to the preservation of an overlying segment and the absence of manual uncontrolled impact on a metal structure.
