FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vertenrology. Into bodies of displaced and underlying vertebrae transpedicular screws are introduced. On screws through screw bars support plate is mounted. First, in plate slots underlying vertenra is fixed, after which reposition of displaced vertebra is performed by tightening to support plate by means of screw bars with nuts until the moment of displacement elimination. After stabilisation of vertebrae by means of internal system, anterior spondylodesis with interbody fixing element is carried out.
EFFECT: method ensures reliable stabilisation of spine segment, reduces trauma and duration of operation.
