FIELD: nuclear power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear power engineering, namely to the field of handling bitumen products of recycling of liquid radioactive waste; it can be used for the extraction of bitumen compounds from storages. A device for ultra-high frequency heating and extraction of a radioactive bitumen compound from the storage includes an electric heating device, a pump with a guiding metal pipe, and a gas removal valve. The electric heating device is made in the form of at least one hollow waveguide rigidly fixed on the side surface of the upper part of the guiding metal pipe, with a magnetron attached to it, and a two-horn emitter fixed at the lower end of the waveguide coaxially with the guiding metal pipe. The emitter consists of an inner horn emitter and an outer horn emitter coaxially located relatively to each other, while the height of the outer horn emitter should be more than the height of the inner horn emitter by amount that is multiple of a quarter of the length of an ultra-high frequency wave.

EFFECT: invention provides for the reduction in energy costs and simplification of operation and deactivation of a device, as well as elimination of bitumen compound ignition.
