DEVICE FOR HARVESTING BIOLOGICAL CROPS OF GRAIN CROPS WITH UTILIZATION OF THE NON-GRAIN PART OF THE CROP AND METHOD FOR ITS APPLICATION Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A01D91/04 A01D41/127 A01F12/40

Abstract RU 2777665 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the field of agriculture. The device includes a harvester, a grinder and a spreader of the non-grain part of the crop. In addition, the spreader is equipped with a tray that changes its position on a signal from the command device and opens in turn the exit of the crushed non-grain part of the crop to the field while simultaneously processing it through the sprayer with a mixture of working fluid and compressed air or the exit to the supply channel of the gas generator, equipped with a sealing screw and connected to a gas tank that feeds harvester internal combustion engine. The method includes collecting grain, grinding the non-grain part, treating it with a working solution, followed by distribution of one part of it over the field surface and burning the other part. The straw is burned with the subsequent distribution of the resulting ash, which, after cooling, is evenly scattered over the surface of the field. Combustion is carried out in a gas generator installed on the combine, using generator gas to power the internal combustion engine of the combine. Chopped straw not used as fuel for the combine engine is treated with a working solution of a biopreparation for increasing the mass and activity of soil biota - a decomposer of crop residues and Bisolbi DPO straw.

EFFECT: inventions provide reduction of energy consumption by combining the technology of harvesting and grinding and burning the non-grain part before it hits the soil.
