FIELD: casting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a group of inventions containing a turbine part and a method for manufacturing a turbine part. The turbine part contains substrate made of a monocrystalline nickel-based superalloy and a metal sublayer covering substrate. The sublayer contains at least two elementary layers, including the first elementary layer and the second elementary layer. The first elementary layer is located between substrate and the second elementary layer. Each elementary layer is made of a nickel-based superalloy or nickel-based alloy and contains a γ'Ni3Al phase. An average atomic fraction of aluminum in the second elementary layer exceeds an average atomic fraction of aluminum in the first elementary layer. The method for manufacturing a turbine part contains following stages, in which, to the mentioned substrate, the first elementary layer is applied made of a nickel-based superalloy or nickel-based alloy and containing a γ'Ni3Al phase, as well as possibly a γ-Ni phase, and having an average atomic fraction of aluminum x1. To the specified first elementary layer, the second elementary layer is applied made of a nickel-based superalloy or nickel-based alloy and containing a γ'Ni3Al phase, as well as possibly a γ-Ni phase, and having an average atomic fraction of aluminum x2 exceeding x1.
EFFECT: invention provides effective protection of the turbine part made of superalloy from oxidation and corrosion, while the part has a longer service life than with known metal sublayers.
