FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: pneumatic tool for stripping is proposed. The upper end of the base is connected to the upper gland cover by screws; the middle part of the upper end of the upper gland cover is connected to the handle by screws; one end of the upper gland cover is connected by screws to the gasket installed in the socket for fixing the pneumatic key; the pneumatic key is connected between the handle and the gasket installed in the socket for fixing the pneumatic key; the outer surface of one end of the pneumatic key is connected to the drive coupling of the key; mounting holes are formed on the sections of the base corresponding to the key drive coupling; the inner surface at one end of the key drive coupling is connected to the lower wheel, and the lower wheel passes inside the mounting hole. The conductor cable to be stripped is placed between the third radial ball bearings. The lower wheel comes into contact with the cable to be stripped and drives the specified cable. The conductor cable to be stripped moves until it comes into contact with the blades, and the blades begin to cut the cable sheath between two adjacent internal metal cores of the cable, facilitating the stripping of the specified core.

EFFECT: due to the use of third radial ball bearings, a passage channel limiter and a limiting shaft, the conductor cable will not deviate from the specified direction during cutting and the probability of damage to the inner core of the cable is reduced.
