SUBSTANCE: food mixing or grinding device contains located in the motor housing drive motor, a leg in which the shaft (1) is mounted, which is connected to the drive motor without the possibility of turning, and which is divided into internal and external structural units (2, 3), wherein the external structural unit (3) at the distant from the engine housing end has a protective screen (14) and surrounded by this protective screen (14) working part, wherein the shaft (1) is stationary in the axial direction mounted in the internal structural unit (2), and the internal structural unit (2) is axially movable relative to the external structural unit. At that, the working part is rigidly connected to the shaft (1) and is axially stationary mounted in the internal structural unit (2), so that this working part is movable relatively to the protective screen (14).
EFFECT: proposed is the food mixing or grinding device.
