FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology. A combined cystolithotripsy is performed using a container, during which a nephroscope with an external tube ch26 is inserted into the bladder through the urethra. The bladder is filled with a liquid in the volume of 500 ml. A 5 mm laparoscopic trocar is passed along the cystostomy course through the anterior abdominal wall. Next, the laparoscopic container is carried through the 5 mm trocar using a delivery device, which is removed after the container is inserted into the bladder. Lithotripsy is carried out through a nephroscope. Large fragments are removed through the external tube of the nephroscope. After lithotripsy, the container with the remaining small fragments is removed together with the trocar.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment and reduce the risk of injury to the bladder.
