FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for artificial egg incubation, implemented in industrial incubators. Method for incubating poultry eggs in a hatching chamber consists in using an automatic control system to maintain the temperature of 37.0 to 37.2°C, humidity of 60%, and the air gate opening angle of no more than 30° in the hatching chamber a day before the hatching. During the first day of hatching, the temperature and the air gate opening angle remain unchanged, while humidity is maintained at 56% or higher. When the humidity reaches 70%, the automatic system receives a signal of mass hatching of young stock, and as the number of hatched birds capable of breathing with their lungs increases, the automatic system increases the air gate opening angle proportionally to the increase in the humidity and CO2 concentration. When the humidity in the hatching chamber after hatching starts to decrease, the automatic system is set to the initial temperature and humidity mode. The air gate opening angle therein exceeds the initial value based on the difference between the maximum opening angle in mass hatching and the air gate opening coefficient.
EFFECT: invention increases the percentage of hatchability and quality of young poultry stock due to the stability of the hatching parameters in the hatching chamber.
