FIELD: sealed detachable connections.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealed detachable connections used in flexible shells of containers under excessive pressure of gas or liquid, and can be used in sealed pressure chambers, insulating chambers for biological and chemical protection, balloons, etc. The essence of the invention lies in the use as a sealing element of two symmetrical filling elements fixed on opposite sides of the fastener and located one above the other, as well as two zippers located under and above filling elements and shifted from the symmetry axis in the direction of attaching the cylinders to the sealed shell. To seal the shell, it is necessary to fasten the inner zipper (2), preliminarily straighten the sealing elements (3) and fasten the outer zipper (1). As excess pressure is applied to the filling elements of the seal (3), they finally straighten out and take the shape as in fig. 1, pressing against each other and the inner surfaces of the zippers (1, 2), forming a large contact surface. The maximum tightness of the fastener is achieved when the sealed shell (5) is filled with gas. The proposed design is insensitive to possible deformations. The pressing of the upper and lower sealing elements, and consequently, the tightness is not violated when the connector is bent. Since the upper and lower sealing elements are initially not filled with gas, the efforts to close the zipper are negligible.

EFFECT: pre-filling the sealing shells with gas reduces the likelihood of wrinkling on them, thereby increasing the tightness and tightness of the connection of the fastener parts.
