The mixture air permeability correction factor is adjusted according to the mixture bulk density change rate and the corresponding predetermined ratio adjustment strategy, and the air permeability and the mixture air permeability change rate are calculated. The intelligent control model of the sintering process is controlled to select a target control strategy corresponding to the rate of change of the air permeability of the mixture, and the sintering process variable is adjusted when the current sintering process variable is not in accordance with the requirements. The method and system of the present invention makes it possible to determine the air permeability of a mixture.
