FIELD: solid waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the joint processing of solid waste and ores to produce fired pellets. Solid waste is pyrolyzed and/or incinerated to produce solid waste residues. Solid waste residues are sieved to obtain coarse-grained and fine-grained solid waste residues. In this case, the average particle size of coarse-grained solid waste residues is greater than or equal to D0, and the average particle size of fine-grained solid waste residues is less than D0, which is 160-240 mesh. Coarse-grained residues of solid waste are mixed with sintered raw materials and transported for sintering, and fine-grained residues of solid waste are mixed with ore for pelletizing and transported for joint pelletizing, while the sintered raw material is ore with a high moisture content. The combustion and/or pyrolysis process is carried out using a rotating drum furnace for heat treatment.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to recycle various types of solid waste while eliminating the negative impact of solid waste on the environment and the risk of secondary pollution.
