FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurements in radio engineering; it can be used in measurement of energy flow density of an electromagnetic field of an antenna (hereinafter – EFD EF). In the claimed method for measurement of EFD EF of a cellular communication antenna, using an unmanned aerial vehicle (hereinafter – UAV) with a radio engineering unit, an autopilot, a navigation system, and a calculator, installed on it, flyby of an antenna emission zone is carried out, EFD EF is measured at points on movement trajectories of UAV, and coordinates of these points at measurement moments are determined, information about orientation angles relatively to a vertical of a place and direction of a meridian of the calculation axis of the main antenna emitter, passing through the antenna center, is introduced into the memory, UAV flight to reference points of a plane of a search flight cycle, located on the calculation axis of the antenna, is carried out, EFD EF is measured, measurement of EFD EF is completed at a point, at which the maximum value of EFD EF becomes less than a value of a safe level of EFD EF.

EFFECT: provision of a possibility of the determination of maximum values of an electromagnetic field of an antenna and its distribution.
