The method for separating a gas mixture containing carbon monoxide, nitrogen and hydrogen includes sending a hydrogen-depleted fluid to a denitrogenation column (K2) having an upper condenser (C1) and a lower reboiler (R2) to obtain nitrogen-rich gas at the top column and nitrogen-depleted liquid at the bottom of the column, cooling the condenser of the denitrogenation column through a nitrogen circuit using a nitrogen compressor (V1, V2, V3), evaporation in the heat exchanger of the liquid nitrogen condenser (53) from the nitrogen circuit and return of the nitrogen (55) evaporated in the heat exchanger to the nitrogen compressor.
EFFECT: the technical result is to reduce energy costs.
