FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: method for cryogenic air separation using air separation installation (100-900) is proposed. In mass transfer column (13), the first liquid fluid and the second gaseous fluid are subjected to mass transfer with each other. The third gaseous fluid is removed from column (13). The fourth liquid fluid is supplied from column (13) to low-pressure column (12), and the fifth fluid is formed, using at least part of oxygen-enriched liquid removed from column (12). The second fluid is formed, using oxygen-enriched liquid removed from high-pressure column (11). Oxygen-enriched liquid from column (11) and cubic liquid from column (13) are mixed and partially evaporated, using a capacitor-evaporator, in which a liquid flow, which contains at least part of oxygen-enriched liquid from column (11), and at least part of cubic liquid from column (13), is passed under pressure through an evaporation zone, using its own pressure, and partially evaporated in it. The fifth liquid fluid is removed from column (13) between a point of supply of the first fluid and a point of supply of oxygen-enriched liquid, and supplied to column (12) downstream the fourth fluid supplied to column (12).
EFFECT: reduction in energy consumption.
