FIELD: protective devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices and can be used for sheltering oilfield equipment during well repair, in particular, from oil pollution of pumping unit elements and the environment from the front side of the pumping unit from oil flowing down it. The effect is achieved by the fact that the shelter for the pumping unit is made of a panel attached to the equipment and connected to each other using clamps, while the shelter consists of three panels, the first panel for sheltering the rack of the pumping unit is made with the possibility of fastening with a latch on the bottom and the upper ends of the rack, the second panel for the head of the balancer of the pumping unit is made with the possibility of fastening with a latch on the head of the balancer from above and below, the third panel for the front end of the frame and the foundation is made with the possibility of fastening with a latch to the edges of the frame, while the latch is made in the form of inserted into each other friend of the lower and upper sliding corner plates, as well as the lower and upper sliding corners inserted on the free ends of the lower and upper sliding corner plates, and the latch is made with the possibility of smooth adjustment of the width and depth of gripping when attaching the panel to the elements of the pumping unit using three screws , installed in longitudinal through grooves made in the lower sliding corner plate, lower and upper sliding corners, while the screws have the ability to axially move relative to the through grooves and rigid fixation by screwing the screws into the threaded holes made in the lower and upper sliding corner plates, as well as in the upper sliding corner plate, the panels are made of a material that absorbs a liquid medium.
EFFECT: simplifying the construction of the shelter, increasing the reliability of the design of fastening the panels to the sheltered downhole equipment, reducing the duration of mounting the fastening of the panels to the sheltered equipment, as well as reducing the metal consumption of the shelter structure and the cost of maintaining the shelter with the ability to absorb liquid emissions from the well with the subsequent disposal of the used shelter panels.
