FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: pumping unit designed for lifting liquids from great depths, with a drive device located on the surface of the earth. The beam pump contains a frame fixed to concrete foundation 1, pyramid 2, balancer 3 with head 4, crank mechanism 5, gearbox 6, electric motor 7, V-belt drive 8, and brake device 9. The frame is assembled, including base 13, main frame 10, at least four wheels 11, wheel chocks 12 installed on base 13, and at least four latches 19. Base 13 is a rigid welded frame of two transverse beams and two rails for wheels 11. Base 13 is equipped at both ends with two dead-end vibration-damping stops 15, 15'. Frame 10 is designed to move along base 13 on wheels 11. Frame 10 is equipped at both ends with two thrust devices 20, 20'. On device 9 side, frame 10 is equipped with one coupling device 14. Stops 15, 15' made with a rubberized inner surface that interacts in the working position with devices 20, 20'. Wheels 11 are mounted on drive shafts.
EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities, increasing reliability, and reducing the duration of underground repairs.
