SUBSTANCE: single-turn electric drive belongs to the field of electric drives, namely to the combined control means of shut-off valves, and can be used on pipelines during the transportation of oil, petroleum products and gases, in the chemical and petrochemical industries. The expected result is achieved by the fact that a device containing an electric motor 1, a preliminary gearbox 3, a two-stage planetary gearbox 4, an output shaft 14, additionally introduced: a friction electromagnetic clutch 7, a torque limiting device 15, a manual drive with a torque limiting clutch 24, a digital position sensor of the output shaft 28, a switching unit 29, a control unit and a digital information exchange channel with an upper-level control system 31.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of operation and fault tolerance, as well as the expansion of operational capabilities.
