FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: medical ultrasound scanning device contains a case made with the possibility of manual use, a converter matrix, a display connected to the case, a set of sensors distributed along the periphery of the case and made with the possibility of detection, when the operator’s hand is located around the case, as well as a computing device placed inside the case, while the computing device is made with the possibility of communication with the converter matrix, display, and sensors. The computing device is made with the possibility of: tracking sensors, determination of whether reading of the first sensor on the first edge of the case periphery exceeds a threshold value, setting the first edge as the main edge at least partially based on reading of the first sensor, and orientation of the display in such a way that the main edge is in the lower part of the display.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will allow for expansion of the arsenal of technical means, namely medical ultrasound scanning devices and methods for working with them.
