The memory is connected to the processors and contains instructions executed by the processors, wherein the processors, when executing instructions, are executed with the possibility of: analyzing the application task. The task can be performed on a portable computing device; analysis of one or more tasks previously delegated by a user of a portable computing device; making a decision to delegate the task based on the task analysis and analysis of one or more tasks previously delegated by the user of the portable computing device; delegating the task for processing with, at least, one external computing device separate from the portable computing device; and receiving from, at least, one external computing device the results of processing the delegated task.
