SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixing and kneading machine for continuous production processes, in particular for the production of granules, extruded profiles or molded products, in particular polymer granules, polymer extruded profiles or polymer molded parts. The mixing and kneading machine contains a feeding and mixing device and an exhaust device (14), while the feeding and mixing device contains a housing, a screw shaft (34) and a connecting element (24), while the connecting element is located in the front side of the housing and is also connected to the exhaust device, while in the housing and in the connecting element, the hollow inner part is formed, and the screw shaft passes at least in cross-section, axially through the inner part of the housing and at least in cross-section, in the axial direction through the inner part of the connecting element, and at the same time the housing contains a plurality of kneading elements (40) extending from the inner circumferential surface of the housing into the specified inner part, and at the same time the kneading elements (40) are also located on the inner circumferential surface of the connecting element and pass into the inner part of the connecting element, and the exhaust device contains a device (26) for removing gases.
EFFECT: ensuring optimal mixing and homogenization of the components of the mixture with a minimum length of the feeding and mixing device, simplifying the self-cleaning of the feeding and mixing device when replacing the starting materials used in the mixing-kneading machine.
