SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixing and kneading machine for continuous preparation processes, such as mixing and kneading of granular starting material, and/or for the manufacture of granules, extruded profiles or shaped parts, comprising a body in which a hollow internal space is formed, limited by the inner peripheral surface of the body and a screw shaft extending in the longitudinal direction of the mixing and kneading machine, at least in sections passing in the axial direction through the internal space of the housing, which during operation is made with the possibility of rotation in the internal space of the housing and simultaneous linear reciprocating movement in the axial direction, a drive, made with the possibility of rotation during operation of the screw shaft, and located on the body of the loading device for supplying at least one mixed and kneaded source material into the interior of the body, and the loading device passes through an opening passing through the wall of the body, or is connected to an opening passing through housing wall, wherein the loading device contains at least two cavities, each of which runs along the height of the loading device and which are separated from each other by at least one partition.
EFFECT: increase in the service life of the seal located between the bearing shaft, the housing wall surrounding it and the gearbox flange.
