SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning the inner surface of pipelines. The device contains a housing with a drum installed inside it, on the outer surface of which a groove is fixed in a spiral, with a shaft line placed on it with a working tool at its end, drum rotation drives and shaft line rotation drives, and the shaft line is connected to the shaft of the drum of the shaft line rotation drive rigidly fixed outside and installed with the possibility of simultaneous translational movement from the drum rotation drive mounted on the outside of the housing, and axial rotation from the shaft line rotation drive, the drum is mounted on bearing supports, moreover, one of the supports is made with the possibility of supplying the working fluid by means of a rotating coupling for the shaft line rotation drive, and a drum rotation drive is placed on the other support.

EFFECT: simplification of the design and improvement of the operational characteristics of the device are provided, ensuring convenience in maintenance and replacement of parts during repair.
