FIELD: highly digestible element-balanced polycomponent preparations obtaining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new methods for obtaining highly digestible element-balanced polycomponent preparations based on colloidal chelate complexes of essential microelements. The drug is obtained as a result of co-precipitation of triple complexes of trace elements with lysine and riboflavin with the following concentrations of essential trace elements, wt.%: zinc 0.01-11.30, manganese 0.01-9.77, iron 0.01-9.93, copper 0.01-11.19, cobalt 0.01-10.41. The method includes two stages: at the first stage, a 0.3 M sodium hydroxide solution is prepared, in which riboflavin and lysine hydrochloride are dissolved, at the second stage, a mixture of sulfates of essential trace elements of zinc, copper, iron, cobalt and manganese and the resulting pulp are added to the resulting solution, consisting of sediments of riboflavinates and lysinates of essential trace elements and their solutions, is mechanically stirred on a magnetic stirrer with continuous bubbling of nitrogen for 10 hours at the boiling point of a water bath. The finished product is filtered off, washed with cold water and dried in air in a dark place.
EFFECT: obtaining a highly digestible element-balanced polycomponent preparation based on colloidal chelate complexes of essential trace elements of zinc, manganese, iron, copper and cobalt, i.e. lysinatoriboflavinates of zinc, copper, iron, cobalt and manganese, which have high biological activity and safety for humans and animals.
