FIELD: medicine; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical and food industry. Disclosed is a method of producing a composition of chelate complexes of metals-trace elements. According to the invention, to 5-20% aqueous solution of micellar casein is added a solution of chloride of a metal-trace element or several metals-trace elements with concentration of 40-50% at a ratio of protein weight to salt weight of 5:1-3:1. Then the mixture is held for 40-120 minutes at temperature of 30-60 °C and pH 7.5-9.4 with stirring and with continuous monitoring and maintenance of the specified pH value by titration. Obtained aqueous solution of micellar casein chelates is then purified from the remaining inorganic salts by microfiltration and diafiltration with sublimation or spray drying. Dried chelates based on micellar casein in an amount which provides a daily requirement for trace elements are mixed with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Trace metals used are calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron, manganese, chromium and cobalt. Concentration of trace elements in the obtained composition is 0.01-100 mg of trace elements per gram of the composition. At least 90% of microelements are chemically bound with micellar casein.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the composition of chelate complexes of metals-microelements due to uniformity of particle size.
