FIELD: dairy industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing a milk beverage involves preparation of colloidal chelate forms of essential trace elements of zinc, manganese, iron, copper and cobalt and their introduction into milk at the following ratio of initial components, wt.%: zinc – 0.001–13.0, manganese – 0.001–11.0, iron – 0.001–11.0, copper – 0.0001–0.05, cobalt – 0.0001–0.05, milk – the rest. Then said forms are introduced into milk, and mixture is subjected to ultrasonic treatment for intensification of process of distribution of microelements in volume of beverage under conditions of ultrasonic treatment: frequency of US-treatment – 19.5–50 kHz, frequency of modulation of US-radiation – 1–100 Hz, treatment time – 1–30 min, relative power of US-radiation – 30–110 W/l. Also disclosed is the composition of the initial components used to prepare the milk beverage.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a beverage enriched with colloidal chelate forms of essential trace elements of zinc, manganese, iron, copper and cobalt.
