FIELD: aviation and rocket technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation and rocket technology, mainly to methods for docking aircraft compartments. A method for manufacturing a multi-link compartment docking unit includes manufacturing a flange in the form of a power frame, in which a cutout is made, in which the body of the toothed lock is installed. The male ring is installed with the possibility of movement in the longitudinal direction and is fixed from rotation around the longitudinal axis by centering guides. Axes of rotation are made on the male ring, on which fixing grips are installed at one end, with the possibility of resting with the other end on the thrust shelves. The shelves are made on the flange of the opposite compartment, distributing them along its periphery. Protrusions are made on the male ring. The springs are installed on the male ring, and the contact surfaces of the thrust shelves and fixing grips are made at an angle to the plane of the connection of the flanges of the joined compartments. Clamping brackets are fixed on the restrictive ring, having the possibility of resting on the protrusions, which are made on the fixing grips, when the male ring is moved to the extreme position towards the plane of the baying of the compartments.
EFFECT: increased speed of docking and undocking.
